How PenoFill™ Works
PenoFill™ is a minimally invasive, in-office procedure performed under local anesthesia. A lidocaine cream is applied to the area, followed by an injection at the base of the penis to ensure complete numbness. Dermal fillers are then precisely injected into the shaft for even results without surgery.
The procedure takes 30-45 minutes, with minimal discomfort and no downtime. Bruising may occur but typically resolves within a few days. Avoid vigorous exercise for a week and sexual activity for 14 days. A compression bandage is worn for a few days post-procedure.

PMMA Dermal Filler Prices & Packages
PMMA is another dermal filler that we offer to thicken the penis that last 5 years plus. PMMA is a collagen stimulating dermal filler that consists of tiny spheres of polymethyl methacrylate suspended in collagen gel. The collagen gel provides plumping and is then absorbed by the body over time. The PMMA microspheres remain and function as a scaffold for newly produced collagen.
We require all of our clients to get HA filler done first to achieve desired size then get PMMA. Getting PMMA without HA increases the risk of clumping and granulomas.
We do not perform PMMA without HA filler.
PMMA filler is performed over several visits to insure smooth application and reduce complications.

The amount depends on the client and their anatomy. Bigger and longer penises will require more filler to achieve gains. Many men can tolerate 20 syringes but others may take up to 40 syringes. Gains of 1 to 1 ½ after several sessions is a realistic goal. The PenoFill™ proprietary technique will inject HA dermal filler to levels that are cosmetic pleasing and safe for the client.
The PenoFill™ procedure does not decrease your erections. Your erectile function will remain the same. We do offer XOX and XO injections to make your erections firmer and more sensitive.
